71000 automatic brain stereolocator is an automatic and intelligent brain stereolocator applied to small rodents. The movement of the manipulator is accurately controlled by computer software (with an accuracy of 1um), and the brain atlases of rats and mice built in the software can be used for brain stereotactic positioning more conveniently and intuitively. Three automatic programs (automatic craniotomy, tissue removal and multi-site injection program) can reduce the errors caused by manual operation and save manual operation time.

1. High precision: high-precision stepping motor is selected to drive, and the displacement resolution is 1 μ m;

2. One-key calibration: When the computer software displays deviation between the position parameters and the locator reading after long-term use, one-key calibration can be carried out;

3. Brain map: The software integrates the brain maps of rats and mice, which can be displayed in three dimensions to help locate the target brain area quickly and accurately;

4. Three automation programs:

(1) Automatic craniotomy program: The cranial drill automatically carries out craniotomy according to the preset running track, saving human operation time;

⑵ Multi-site program: the coordinates and residence time of 10 sites can be set, and the electrode displacement can be automatically controlled by software to complete the injection of each site in turn;

Tissue removal procedure: Ensure the smoothness of wound end face and improve the survival rate of neurons;
