Electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine is mainly used to pick up and measure the dynamic and static mechanical properties of various materials, parts, elastomers, rubber elastomers and shock absorbers. It can carry out tensile, compression, bending, low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue, crack propagation and fracture mechanics tests under sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, trapezoidal wave, oblique wave and user-defined waveform.
 
The operation of the testing machine is flexible and convenient. The lifting, locking and clamping of the moving beam are all completed by button operation. Advanced hydraulic servo drive technology is adopted for loading. High-precision dynamic load sensor and high-resolution magnetostrictive displacement sensor measure the force and displacement of the specimen.
 
The full digital measurement and control system realizes the closed-loop control of force, displacement and deformation. Main machine of testing machine: Two columns, base and beam form a closed frame structure, which has high stiffness, no reverse clearance and good stability. The outer surface of the double columns is treated with hard chromium plating. The servo actuator (oil cylinder) is placed below, and the design of two-way acting oil cylinder piston is adopted, so that the sample clamping and adjustment are convenient and flexible.
