CAI 700 HCLD gas analyzer adopts the principle of chemical fluorescence method, which can quickly and accurately analyze NO/NOx and other gases. The instrument is designed based on 16-bit microprocessor, the input and output are 16-bit system, and the signal accuracy is high. It can be operated not only by instrument keyboard, but also by TCP/IP and RS-232C. The system can be set with 4-level password protection. The instrument has automatic calibration function and can also be calibrated remotely.
 
How it works:
 
CAI 700 HCLD Analyzer is based on chemical fluorescence principle and has two modes of NO and NOx.
 
In NO mode, when NO reacts with O3 (ozone) in the gas sample to produce NO2, about 10% of NO2 is in an intensified state. When these excited molecules transition to the ground state according to formula (2), they emit light quantum hr with wavelength of 590 ~ 2500nm, and its intensity is proportional to the amount of NO. The NO concentration can be calculated by converting this light energy into electrical signal output by photocell.
 
In NOx mode, the sample gas first enters the NOx conversion device. NOx in the sample gas includes NO and NO2, where NO2 is converted into NO. All NO is reacted and detected, and a DC current proportional to NOx is output. The digital panel table shows the concentration of NOx. The concentration of NO2 can be obtained by subtracting the concentration of NO from the concentration of NOx.
