Affordable, compact and compact
The FLIR Ax5 family of thermal imaging temperature sensors are affordable and ideal for monitoring temperature in automated or machine vision environments.
High thermal sensitivity, excellent image quality
The FLIR Ax5 series produces high quality thermal images showing temperature differences as low as 50 mK. The FLIR A65 records clear thermal images at 1 60 x 128 pixels, making it easy to track temperature changes for less accurate applications.
GigE Vision" standard and guest
GigE Vision is a thermal imager interface standard developed using Gigabit Ethernet communication interfaces. GigE Vision is the first standard to allow fast transmission of images using low-cost standard cables, even over long distances. With GigE Vision, hardware and software from different vendors can run seamlessly over gigabit Ethernet connections.
Support for GenICam" protocol
GenICam is designed to provide a common programming interface for all types of thermal imagers. No matter what interface technology (gigabit Ethernet, Camera Link standard, IEEE-1394, etc.) or function is implemented, the application programming interface (API) is always the same. In addition, the GenICam protocol makes it possible to use third-party software with the help of a thermal imager.
14-bit temperature linear output
Allows non-contact temperature measurement within any third party software. A built-in gigabit Ethernet connection allows real-time streaming of 14-bit images to the computer.
synchronous
For applications requiring more than one thermal imager to cover the target or stereo imaging applications, one thermal imager can be configured as the main equipment and other thermal imagers as the slave equipment.
