WNP22 series piezoelectric deflector mirrors are one-dimensional θ X axis deflector/fast reflector, flexible hinge steering design has zero friction and static resistance, excellent steering accuracy, providing nanoradian resolution and excellent positioning stability. Beam deflection ranges up to 8mrad and extremely fast response times (milliseconds to microseconds) are ideal for dynamic operations (such as tracking, scanning, drift and vibration cancellation) and static positioning of optics and samples.

Structure principle

The platform is supported by a hinge and propelled by a linear piezoelectric actuator. The hinge determines the pivot point and acts as a preload for the piezoelectric actuator. The advantages of single hinge single actuator design are simple structure, compact size and high cost performance. If the ambient temperature varies greatly during Angle deflection, differential drive piezoelectric deflector is recommended.

 

Small volume, high dynamic, open and closed loop optional

Piezoelectric drive pitch/deflection (tilt/fast mirror, mirror, light beam deflection, phase shifter) provides higher than voice coil motor products acceleration and bandwidth, θx axis deflection range is 4 mrad, deflection resolution of 0.1 mu rad, open loop closed loop optional, closed loop sensor, including strain sensor and capacitance sensor, a higher positioning accuracy can be obtained. Ultra-small size design, with very fast response speed, can be loaded with 015mm lens to achieve a step time of 0.8ms.
