In order to facilitate users in fruit and vegetable industry to quickly detect sugar-acid ratio, a fruit sugar-acid meter-PAL-BX/ACID F5, also known as sugar-acid ratio detector and sugar-acid integrated machine, was developed, which can quickly measure sugar-acid ratio of five fruits (citrus/grape/tomato/strawberry/blueberry), and one key (R) displays sugar-acid ratio. The traditional acidity measurement method (acid-base titration) is expensive, requires complex sample pretreatment steps and a large number of expensive reagents, and requires professional technicians to operate.
Using sugar acidity meter, sugar content can be directly sampled and measured; Acidity measurement only needs to add distilled water and dilute the measured sample according to the weight ratio (1:50) (i.e., 1ml of fruit juice and 50ml of distilled water), and then sample and measure. After measuring sugar content and acidity, press R key to automatically display sugar-acid ratio.
 
Sugar-acid ratio index is widely used in fruit variety screening, fruit grading, fruit maturity judgment, fruit taste evaluation and other detection items.
