The main results are as follows: 1) Three kinds of low-energy source ions (Hg +, Xe +, Kr +) are used to avoid the fragmentation of the sample gas molecules
 
2) It has excellent selectivity, eliminates the cross interference between different components greatly, and is especially suitable for real-time continuous dynamic detection of complex mixtures
 
3) It can simultaneously detect ppb and ppm concentration level gas components and percentage level gas components, on-line gas detection and trace analysis in a wide dynamic range
 
4) It can quickly detect the gas components in milliseconds, and the detection response time is less than 20ms, and the fastest is 1ms
 
5) Flexible setting of the species and quantity of components to be measured by the mass spectrometer, including hydrocarbons, sulfur-containing components, aldehydes, ketones, ethers, alcohols and some inorganic compounds
 
6) High detection accuracy and good repeatability. The accuracy is within ± 2% and the repeatability is within ± 3%
 
7) The pressure regulator automatically adjusts the sampling pressure of the mass spectrometer. The built-in pressure regulator of the mass spectrometer can adjust the inlet pressure to 0.1 ~ 1bar
 
8) Built-in automatic calibration function and relative calibration function. After setting up, the mass spectrometer will be calibrated automatically
 
9) The sampling system is heated in the whole process, the highest temperature is 190 ℃, and there is no analysis error caused by condensation
