2. Measurement and analysis of plant roots
 
(1) Total root length, average root diameter, total root area, total root volume, apical count, bifurcation count, overlapping count, root diameter grade distribution parameter, apical segment distribution.
 
(2) Segment diameters can be defined at different intervals, and the length, projection area, surface area, volume and other distribution parameters of each diameter segment can be automatically measured.
 
(3) It can analyze the color of root system, determine the survival number of root system, and output the diameter, length, projected area, surface area and volume of root system with different colors.
 
(4) Topological analysis of root system can be carried out, Automatically determine the connection number and relationship angle of roots, It can also automatically analyze the length and bifurcation number of the main root or any lateral root separately, It can display the corresponding parameters of any diameter segment of the marked root system separately (the number of grades, the diameter range of grades can be changed at will, and can be customized at different intervals), and can modify the bifurcation, cutting, merging and connecting of roots, and the correction operation can be rolled back to quickly obtain 100% correct results.

(6) The fractal dimension of root system can be measured automatically by box dimension method. The proportion of rhizobia volume in root system can be analyzed to objectively determine the contribution of rhizobia.

3. Measurement and analysis of plant leaves
 
(1) The leaf area of living body in the field can be measured by one-click photography.
 
(2) It can analyze and calculate leaf area in large quantities automatically. The analysis error is less than 0.5% for the blade as small as 1mm ^ 2, and the analysis time in measurement is less than 2 seconds.
 
(3) The leaf area, perimeter, maximum leaf length, maximum leaf width, rectangle, concave-convex ratio, globularity, shape coefficient, disease spot area, wormhole leaf area, wormhole number and insect-damaged leaf area of multiple leaves can be analyzed at the same time (including the insect-damaged leaf area where more than 2/3 leaves are seriously damaged by insects). And the parameters of single leaf, such as leaf hole, shape coefficient, sawtooth number, petiole length and width, etc., and mark the edge of leaf to check the correctness.
 
(4) The relative chlorophyll content or "green degree" of multiple leaves can be measured, and the leaf color of leaves can be analyzed (with colorimetric characteristics according to RHS colorimetric card 2015 edition of Royal Garden Society).
