Non-contact weighing under extreme conditions
 
The patented magnetic suspension coupling technology can be used to weigh the mass in the high-strength sealed reaction chamber. Because of the separation and isolation between the experimental area (sample) and the weighing area (balance), the damage or pollution of the balance caused by the reaction medium or experimental conditions is avoided. The reaction chamber is fully metal-sealed and heated, and can be used for highly reactive or corrosive fluids and vapors under a wide range of pressure and temperature conditions.
 
Excellent long-term stability
 
Samples can be set to be automatically unloaded from the balance at any time, so as to clear or correct the balance. Then, the sample will be automatically loaded on the balance to continue weighing. This method can ensure high-precision measurement experiment under long-term conditions, without baseline drift and accuracy loss.
 
Synchronous density measurement
 
Sample mass and reaction medium density can be measured simultaneously in a single experiment. This is achieved by weighing a titanium alloy float which can be regarded as a second inert sample.
 
Modular structure
 
Magnetic levitation balance can easily adapt to new applications. Existing instruments can be upgraded with many functional components. We have implemented a large number of customized configurations.
