Vibration isolation pad WN01GZ-D is a highly developed material specially designed to solve various problems caused by vibration and structural noise in many industrial fields. These vibration isolation pad materials are composed by prescribed components, including nitrile rubber, cork particles and cross-woven polyester fiber. This high-quality new composite material has all physical and mechanical properties. One of the main advantages of this composite material is its oil resistance to cooling lubricating oils currently used. It will not cause any problems when used in the oil tank seat of the machine. Especially worth mentioning is its excellent "compression deformation" value. This characteristic is very important if the machine equipment is to be installed with vibration isolation and at the same time ensure the long-term geometric accuracy of the machine. Eight different types of vibration isolation pads can provide technically good solutions to almost any vibration problem. Our original intention in developing these materials is to meet the changing motion characteristics of various mechanical equipment, such as lathes, milling machines and grinders, and feeding presses.
 
Advantages
Aging resistance
If the user complies with the load-bearing value regulations, the service life of the vibration isolation pad is almost indefinite and will not produce permanent deformation.
Chemical resistance
It has strong resistance to oil, grease, acid, coolant, etc. It can be installed in the oil tank directly.
Temperature resistance
The vibration isolation pad has good temperature resistance, and the service temperature is-20 degrees Celsius to +120 degrees Celsius, which can meet the service environment of most machines.
 
Installation mode
Vibration isolation pads can be installed in three ways.
1. The machine does not require high installation accuracy, so it can be directly installed with vibration isolation pads. The uneven floor slab can be balanced and adjusted by using vibration isolation pads and other products. These isolation pads are usually geometrically positioned. Specifications and dimensions are determined based on the weight and accessible area of the machine.
2. Schematic diagram of bolt fixing at the bottom foot of floor slab, using vibration isolation pads and washers. In some cases, it is necessary to fix the isolated object on the floor slab with foot bolts. The use of vibration isolation washers can prevent vibration phenomena from being transmitted through bolted connections. Under special circumstances, it is recommended to use adjustable coil springs. Specifications and dimensions should be determined by us.
3. Under the influence of great impact, vibration isolation is carried out by using vibration isolation pad. The vibration isolation pad is formed by the combined device when the wave power (press, hammer and feeding press) is isolated from vibration. This will help to achieve a very low natural vibration frequency. Its advantages greatly exceed the very high attenuation force of steel spring.
