The high voltage piezoelectric actuator is a ring actuator with 500V or 1000V driving voltage, a through hole in the center and an outer metal shell encapsulating. High-pressure annular piezoelectric actuator is preloaded by mechanical spring, which makes it an ideal choice for dynamic application. Strain sensors can also be equipped to form a closed-loop version.
