M14 series shell external thread piezoelectric actuator is a piezoelectric actuator with threads outside the mechanically encapsulated shell, which is convenient to install and fix with external mechanical structure. It is mainly used for beam deflection, light path adjustment, lens adjustment frame or linear and angular motion applications that need to be installed through external threads. In order to obtain maximum stiffness, the external thread piezoelectric actuator adopts locking nuts.
Characteristic
The external thread of the shell can be used for installation, fixing and rough adjustment
The maximum thrust can reach 1200N
Maximum nominal displacement of 114 um
Open loop, fast response speed, up to sub-millisecond level
Generate nanoscale linear motion
Parameters can be customized

Application
Beam deflection, optical path adjustment, lens adjustment frame, metering, interference, active and adaptive optics, shock absorption and suppression, precision machinery and machining, etc.

Application case
The external thread piezoelectric actuator of the shell is used for adjusting the two-axis lens frame, the fine thread on the shell is installed and coarsely adjusted, and the piezoelectric actuation of the internal piezoelectric ceramics is used for nanometer-level precision adjustment, which can be used for laser resonators.
