FOMS angle-resolved spectrometer is a multi-functional spectrum measuring instrument with variable angle. It adopts intelligent rotating design and automatically controls the incidence and acquisition angles, which can quickly realize various spectrum measurements such as transmission/reflection/fluorescence/scattering/radiation. It is suitable for the study of energy band defect characteristics of nanometer materials such as photonic crystals, the measurement of transmittance and reflection of optical elements at different angles, and the study of luminescence characteristics of light-emitting devices such as LED.
