Temperature range:-80 ~ + 250 ℃ JULABO exits the calibration system according to the closed dynamic temperature controller, which is mainly used in industry, scientific research and QC. The design of stainless steel calibration bath is similar to that of calorimetry system, with symmetrical design of temperature calibration area, wide temperature range, good uniformity and stability, extremely fast temperature rise and fall rate and good heat preservation effect. Two kinds of certificates can be selected for precision standard thermometers: German DKD certificate and China Institute of Metrology certificate to ensure the authority and traceability of calibration system. Stainless steel calibration bath can be customized according to customers' special needs.

Equipped with metal connection pipeline and adapter, external temperature sensor (excluding certificate); Heat conduction media should be ordered separately according to the temperature range; Insulated stainless steel bath cover and PTFE bath cover are optional.
Working Principle Heat Conducting Liquid is firstly constant temperature through PRESTO closed dynamic temperature control system, pumped into heat exchanger coil (A) by circulating pump, then evenly introduced by liquid distribution pipe (B) at the bottom of bath calibration area, and then overflowed through overflow port (C) and returned to PRESTO. There is almost no gradient fluctuation and temperature delay in temperature, and the uniformity and stability of temperature field can be improved by 5 to 10 times.
