WNP340S/WNP342S/WNP344S is a Z-direction and Tip/Tilt deflection mirror driven by piezoelectric ceramics. The swing mirror uses a parallel guiding structure with a flexible hinge without backlash, which has a small compensation amount and ensures excellent motion accuracy and ultra-high stability of the swing mirror. The pendulum mirror adopts compact differential parallel structure design and built-in precision displacement sensor for full closed-loop position feedback. The positioning accuracy, resolution and stability can reach nanometer level, and the positioning stability time is only millisecond level. Compact design can be better integrated into optical system.
