WNP332S/WNP336S/WNP339S are Z-direction and Tip/Tilt deflection mirrors driven by piezoelectric ceramics. The swing mirrors are guided in parallel with flexible hinges without backlash, which ensures excellent motion accuracy and ultra-high stability of the swing mirrors. The pendulum mirror adopts compact differential parallel structure design and built-in precision displacement sensor for full closed-loop position feedback. The positioning accuracy, resolution and stability can reach nanometer level, and the positioning stability time is only millisecond level. Compact design can be better integrated into optical system. Fixed and outgoing modes can be customized according to user requirements.
