Drive control
Three PZT actuators inside the WNP36 PZT deflector/phase shifter are connected in parallel to provide only one drive channel for vertical positioning of the top ring (piston movement). Three drive channels are required to provide Z-lift/pitch/deflection motion.
Open loop, high dynamic, center through hole
WNP36 piezoelectric deflector/phase shifter multi-axis pitching platform, the product volume is φ20x19.5mm, can achieve θx, θy axis 0.8mrad deflection, Z axis 12um lifting, open-loop version with ultra-high resolution and ultra-fast response speed, triangulated structure design with ultra-wide range of temperature.
The center of the platform has a through-hole aperture of 010mm, which is suitable for applications requiring light transmission, such as optical filtration.
WNP36 series piezoelectric deflector/phase shifter is available in two versions, open loop Z platform or open loop Z/pitch/deflection platform. The Z-lift platform provides vertical positioning of the top ring (piston movement). The Z-lift/pitch/deflection platform can realize vertical positioning (piston movement) and pitch/deflection positioning
