XploRA INV is an inverted micro-Raman spectrometer specially designed for analyzing biomedical or biological samples. Its open structure is suitable for special biological sample processing and sample testing. XploRA INV inherits the advantages of XploRA's compact structure and integrates powerful functions into a small space. It has fully automatic functions, including auto-focus, auto-exposure, auto-self-check and auto-calibration functions, for the convenience of users.
The open structure of XploRA INV ensures that all accessories or other additional devices of inverted microscope, such as micro manipulators, optical tweezers and specific accessories required for cell research, can be freely added and used.
 
XploRA INV system can also selectively integrate some unique modules and technologies, such as DuoScan technology for ultra-fast spectral imaging, and fast confocal imaging (FCI) for ultra-fast laser scanning imaging to quickly locate the sample area of interest.

Technical parameters:
1. Lasers: 3 lasers can be built in-532nm, 638nm and 785nm (lasers of other wavelengths can be provided as required)
2. Grating: 4 gratings are automatically switched-such as 600gr/mm, 1200gr/mm, 1800gr/mm and 2400gr/mm
3. Spectral range: 100cm-1 to 4000cm-1*, which will vary according to the selected laser/grating
4. Laser power control: multi-stage laser power attenuation sheet
5. QC/21CFR: Automatic calibration/self-test, GO one-click software assistant
