Quartz glass materials are generally divided into three categories: JGS1, JGS2 and JGS3. JGS1 is usually used in ultraviolet and visible light bands, and the materials do not contain bubbles and impurities. JGS2 is mainly used in visible and near infrared band window slices and coating substrates. JGSS is a low hydroxyl material, which can reduce the absorption band in infrared region. It is widely used in infrared band, semiconductor accessories and optical fiber manufacturing accessories, and its 0H-content is generally 120-260ppm.
