
This series of actuators has a resolution of over 30nm in the whole stroke, has excellent long-term stability and can continue to stay in the set position under power failure. It can be used for touch-free adjustment of difficult-to-reach optical adjustment frame and adjustment of optical frame sensitive to acting force when turning knob adjustment (such as debugging laser cavity or long-distance pointing adjustment of beam). This series of actuators can be controlled by Nanomotor Intelligent Driver (WNRV01) of Micro-Nano Optics through USB interface.
It must be pointed out that this precision product has been monopolized by American and German brands for a long time. After several years of exploration and development, the micro-nano optical research and development team developed a nano-scale piezoelectric displacement actuator with the same level and quality in October 2015, breaking the long-term monopoly of the technology and market of this series of products by foreign brands.
