At the same time, on the basis of making full use of confocal energy to provide height information, Smartproof 5 is equipped with a Z-axis automatic stepping device with high precision and good repeatability, and the minimum stepping accuracy reaches 1nm, which makes it possible to measure the height in submicron or even nanometer scale without contact.
 
 
 
High speed scanning
 
Traditional confocal imaging adopts point scanning imaging, which is slow; Smartproof 5 adopts turntable scanning, which greatly improves the imaging speed. The fastest scanning speed in high-precision mode exceeds 50 frames/second (2048*2048 resolution), so it can be said that the measurement results can be obtained instantly, which greatly improves the working efficiency.
 
 
 
True color restoration
