Technical characteristics
 
1) The sulfur tracer method calculates the transient oil consumption of the engine according to the real-time concentration of SO2 in the exhaust gas of the engine. Compared with the radioisotope tracer method, the sulfur tracer method ensures safety and harmlessness
 
2) It is suitable for on-line detection of engine oil consumption of diesel engine, gasoline engine and natural gas engine under steady or transient conditions
 
3) The mass spectrometer is suitable for real-time continuous dynamic detection of complex mixtures by using the low-energy source ion Xe + to react with SO2 molecule
 
4) The fastest analysis time is 100ms
 
5) High detection accuracy and good repeatability. The accuracy is within ± 2% and the repeatability is within ± 3%
 
6) Standard gas can be introduced from the front end of the sampling system to calibrate the whole system to ensure the measurement accuracy and reliability of the system
 
7) When the sampling flow rate is set to 800ml/min, the influence of high sampling flow rate on the pressure in the exhaust pipe can be avoided
 
8) The pressure regulator automatically adjusts the sampling pressure of the mass spectrometer, and the fluctuation of exhaust pressure has no interference on the measurement
 
9) The whole system is small in size, easy to install and move, and adapt to the measurement that often needs to change places
