Liquid sample bits can be customized, with 60 bits as standard and up to 180 sample bits. Only by pouring the sample into the sample bottle and putting it into the corresponding sample position, the instrument can automatically analyze, which greatly saves labor, and at the same time, the injection quantity control is more accurate, thus avoiding the error caused by human operation. Compared with the purchased liquid automatic sampler, when the software monitors that the instrument pressure, flow rate and furnace temperature exceed the threshold, it can stop the operation of the liquid automatic sampler in any state to ensure safety.
 
 
Reliable heating furnace system ensures complete decomposition of samples
 
 
The temperature of the high temperature heating furnace can reach 1200 ℃, and the temperature control accuracy is 1 ℃, which ensures the complete combustion of the sample. The combustion furnace adopts low voltage alternating current design, which has high reliability and safety. The instrument is easy to maintain and the combustion pipe is easy to replace. The outlet of the analyzer cracking tube is equipped with an adsorption filter, which can be easily replaced. Equipped with R-type (platinum-rhodium alloy) double-head thermocouple temperature sensor, the thermocouple has long service life and ensures that the detection point and control point are in the same position, ensuring the accuracy of temperature measurement.
 
 
 
 
Three-layer reciprocating cracking pipe to avoid carbon deposition
 
Patented three-layer reciprocating pyrolysis tube, the sample burns in the innermost layer, and the burned sample gas goes from the innermost layer to the secondary outer layer, then to the outermost layer, and finally enters the membrane dryer for drying. The reciprocating design makes the sample gas mixed more evenly after combustion. The inner and outer layers are designed in such a way that if carbon deposition occurs in the sample, the carbon deposition will be in the innermost tube, thus avoiding the possibility of serious interference caused by carbon deposition entering the membrane dryer.
 
 
 
 
Delayed air cooling technology
 
The instrument can be shut down directly after the analysis, without waiting for the furnace to drop to room temperature in shutdown, saving analysis time. After shutdown, the instrument automatically switches to delay bypass, the fan automatically works, and automatically shuts down after the furnace temperature drops to a safe temperature;
 
 
 
 
Sleep awakening function
 
It can set the combustion furnace temperature and gas flow rate during dormancy, and the instrument automatically enters the dormant state after analysis, and can wake up at any time, so that the instrument enters the working state when the operator is not on site
