Product introduction
Portable/chlorophyll fluorescence imager HXIN-PSIMAGE100 can be used not only for chlorophyll fluorescence imaging, but also for imaging and analyzing the heterogeneity of green fluorescent protein (GFP) distribution in plants, animals, their tissues and colonies. In this system, four groups of high-brightness light emitting diodes provide high-intensity measurement light or moderate sustainable light, and the high-intensity measurement light pulse can make the imaging measurement of fluorescence signal carry out under high background light. Fluorescence signals are detected and imaged by high sensitivity CCD camera, and dynamic fluorescence images can be analyzed by attached software.
 
Hardware parameters
 
1. Fluorescence source: blue light 450nm (460nm optional), measured light intensity 0.5 μ mol m-2 s-1, maximum photochemical light intensity 3700 μ mol m-2 s-1, saturated pulse intensity 8200 μ mol m-2 s-1.
 
2. Light sources for measuring absorbance: red 650 nm (660nm optional) and near infrared (780 nm) LED, which are used to measure PAR absorbance coefficient of samples.
 
3. Signal detection: Spectral range: 350 ~ 1100 nm, 1920*1080 pixels, imaging area: 24 × 32 mm, acquisition rate: 30 frames/sec, with selective lock-in amplifier.
 
4. Imaging function: Obtain Ft, Fo, Fm, Fv/Fm, F, Fm ', Y (II), Y (NO), Y (NPQ), NPQ, qN, qP, qL, ETR and other parameters for imaging analysis.
 
5. Heterogeneity of light intensity: The heterogeneity of light intensity in the measured area is less than 7%.
 
6. Optical filters: 6 kinds of high-quality optical interference filters, including fluorescent, red, green, blue, anthocyanin and near infrared filters.
 
7. Program measurement: Fluorescence induction curve, fast light curve and dark relaxation can be measured programmatically or manually.
 
8. Project management: Make an appointment to store plant images and parameters measured for many times, and delay (shorten) photography function.
