Automatic microbial growth curve analyzer is a fully automatic instrument, which can know the microbial growth by measuring the turbidity of samples. The product can be applied to the fields of microbial strain research, culture condition optimization, drug high-throughput screening and evaluation, etc. All microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, yeast, cells and algae) produce turbidity when propagating in the culture medium. In the traditional test tube test, all turbidity and color changes can be done with the "micro test tube" in the honeycomb plate. Automatic growth curve analyzer can make the work more effective and save a lot of culture medium and consumables (Petri dishes and test tubes, etc.). Long-term microbial culture can be realized by high-precision temperature control and high-speed vibration of microplate, multi-strain culture of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria can be realized by gas path control, full-band detection and analysis can be realized by integrating pulsed xenon lamp and spectrometer, and more accurate microbial growth curve can be provided by adopting advanced denoising algorithm.
 
There are two working modes to choose from: culture mode and absorbance test mode:
 
1. Culture mode: Provide the environment for microbial growth, and at the same time, regularly detect and record the absorbance of the sample at the specified wavelength.
 
2. Absorbance test mode: The whole spectrum absorbance test can be carried out on the specified sample, and the absorbance values of different wavelengths can be given.
