Principle
Put the ground and mixed powder samples into a special stainless steel ring, push the whole pressing ring and sample under the pressing plunger, and start pressing. In the process of rapid pressure, the density of the powder increases continuously. In the process of tabletting, it is necessary to keep the maximum pressure for a period of time to increase the adhesion between powders and ensure the maximum stability of tabletting. Tablet pressing consists of three steps: increasing pressure, stabilizing pressure and releasing pressure, adjusting pressure and steel ring size according to user's needs.
