How it works:
 
The dimer is pyrolyzed at high temperature to produce double radicals, which are then introduced into a film-forming chamber to condense on the surface of the film-forming object and polymerize rapidly to obtain a uniform and dense poly (p-xylene) film.
 
 
 
 
Characteristics of poly (p-xylene) film coating;
 
Poly (p-xylene) film is colorless and transparent, and there is no pinhole when the film thickness is 0.1 μ m. It has stable chemical properties, excellent mechanical, electrical, thermal and biocompatibility, good blocking effect on gas, and can improve the touch resistance of the covered material.
