How it works:
 
The dimer is pyrolyzed at high temperature to produce double radicals, which are then introduced into a film-forming chamber to condense on the surface of the film-forming object and polymerize rapidly to obtain a uniform and dense poly (p-xylene) film.
 
 
 
 
Characteristics of poly (p-xylene) film coating;
 
Poly (p-xylene) film is colorless and transparent, and there is no pinhole when the film thickness is 0.1 μ m. It has stable chemical properties, excellent mechanical, electrical, thermal and biocompatibility, good blocking effect on gas, and can improve the touch resistance of the covered material. At the same time, it is a high-quality protective coating that can resist moisture, mildew, acid and alkali and irradiation. The excellent properties of poly (p-xylene) film coating make it have broad application prospects in many high-tech fields.
