Microporous filter membrane is a kind of porous micro-and sub-micron precision filter material, which is made of cellulose ester or polymer material.
(A) Characteristics:

(2) Main uses: Filter out micro particles and bacteria in aqueous solution, oil and gas filtration, and detect particles and bacteria in quality control. Widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, drug testing, hospital, scientific research, bioengineering and chromatograph membrane.
1. Pharmaceutical industry: water injection requiring hot pressing sterilization, filtering particles in large infusion, improving clarity qualification rate and particle detection. Sterilization and filtration of heat-sensitive drugs such as insulin A, T and P biological and blood preparations.
2. Food industry: Filter yeast and bacteria from wine, beverage and mineral water.

(3) Precautions for using WX mixed cellulose ester microporous filter membrane:
1. Accurately select the nominal pore size of the filter membrane, that is, the filter residue is larger than the nominal pore size of the filter membrane.
2. Before using the filter membrane, it needs to be rinsed with distilled water twice and soaked for 4 hours.
3. When there are many particles and bacteria in the filtrate, it should be pre-filtered to avoid excessive blockage of the filter membrane.
4. Most filter membranes can be sterilized by hot pressing, boiling and chemical disinfection.
5. Air tightness and bubbles should be used before and after use.
6. When filtering liquid, the filter membrane must be wet. If the filter membrane is dry due to hot pressing disinfection, it must be wetted with sterile water before use.
7. After toxicity test, the mixed fiber membrane is non-toxic and can be used in medicine, food and other industries.
8. Gas filtration requires hydrophobic filter membrane, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance filter membrane, etc., which can be customized by contacting our factory.
9. This product is suitable for PH4-8 solution.
10. The storage condition is better when the relative temperature is 60%. In order to ensure quality, it should not be stored for a long time.
