Non-toxic:
 
Because of its unique oil and large molecular weight, it can't penetrate into cells. The results of Em's experiment also show that the mutagenicity of this dye is far less than that of EB.
 
Its water-soluble dye has passed the safety certification of the US Environmental Protection Agency, and the waste can be directly poured into the sewer without causing any environmental pollution.
High stability:
 
It can be heated directly by microwave oven and stored at room temperature.
High SNR:
 
The sample has strong fluorescence signal and low background signal.
High sensitivity:
 
It can be applied to electrophoretic staining of various fragments, and has little influence on nucleic acid migration.

Choose pre-electrophoresis or post-electrophoresis staining; Suitable for agarose gel or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis;
