I. Main Uses and Scope of Application:
 
ZYX45 (C) Isolated compressed oxygen self-rescuer is mainly suitable for the following environments:
 
For coal mine operators in the occurrence of fire, gas explosion or gas outburst and other natural disasters, as well as rescue team members in the breakdown of respirator, safe withdrawal from the disaster area for use.
 
It is used by chemical department when toxic and harmful gases escape.
 
It is used for large outburst of natural gas or other toxic gases during oil exploitation operations.
 
It is used for high-rise buildings and people in the building to wear for escape or to be rescued in case of fire.
 
Firefighters or other departments in toxic and harmful gases or oxygen-deficient environment and other rescue use.
 
 
 
Second, the working principle:
 
Quantitative oxygen supply: Turn the switch handwheel counterclockwise, and high-pressure oxygen flows from the oxygen cylinder to the pressure reducer. After pressure reduction, it automatically outputs 1.2 L/min of oxygen into the airbag.
 
Manual air supply and oxygen supply: press the air supply plate with your fingers, oxygen enters the airbag at 60L/min, and your fingers leave the air supply plate, and the supply stops.
 
Automatic air supply and oxygen supply: When the respiratory system is negative pressure, the air supply plate contracts inward, presses the air supply rod to open the support mechanism, and oxygen enters the airbag at 60L/min. When the airbag swells rapidly, the air supply plate leaves the air supply rod and the air supply stops. When inhaling, oxygen enters the human body from the air bag, exhaust valve and mouth. When breathing, the gas enters the cleaning tank through the exhaust valve and exhalation hose, the CO2 exhaled by the human body is absorbed by the absorbent in the cleaning tank, and the remaining oxygen enters the airbag and mixes with the oxygen output from the pressure reducer. In this way, people's breathing cycle is completed repeatedly.
