X-Ray Diffraction and Image System
This is a positioning system that can be used in 10-7mbar high vacuum environment. This 4-axis positioning system is specially developed for use in 10-mbar high vacuum environment. The technical characteristics of this system are that all parts are coated with appropriate vacuum lubricating grease, and the mechanical motion parts are powered by vacuum motor. In addition, all aluminum alloy parts are not anodized, and this positioning system is made by matching 4-axis motion controller.
