Horizontal adjustable precision wedge vibration isolation seat, including three models: freestanding (PSK series), bolt fixed (PSKA series), bolt through fixed (PSKD series). The product design allows the highest accuracy of horizontal adjustment in the range of 1/100 mm. The self-locking device can prevent the machine from squirming from the preset position due to the influence of vibration. The wide support surface of wedge-shaped vibration isolation seat allows optimization of base support and rigidity. By installing vibration isolation pads, high robustness and uniform ideal vibration isolation effect can be achieved.

Horizontal adjustable precision wedge vibration isolation seat is used for machines with low stability requirements. The high friction coefficient of vibration isolation material and anti-skid pad can keep the position of the machine stable.
Used for general machine tools and molding machines, especially machines with horizontal dynamic force. It has good anti-skid protection.
PSKA series of horizontal adjustable precision wedge vibration isolators are used for high thrust machines, such as injection molding machines, slot machines, impact testing machines, cold extrusion machines and other machines that need to be permanently connected with machine tools. Even when the machine is lifted, the horizontal wedge on the bolt remains in place, greatly simplifying the installation of the machine. Suitable bolts and nuts with standard threads can be provided as required.
The maximum load of horizontal adjustable precision wedge vibration isolator consists of static load and dynamic load of equipment, and the best vibration isolation effect is achieved under about 80-90% of the specified maximum load.
