Horizontal control is an important part to make the gas spring function perfectly. Automatic level controller can be used to overcome the machine tilt problem caused by load change of air spring vibration isolation machine. The height of BiAir or FAEBI components can be controlled by changing the air pressure in the gas spring vibration isolation device. Even if the center of gravity changes, rapid charging and deflation can keep the machine in a horizontal state.
Control loop
The control loop consists of at least three gas springs. If more air springs are required for structural or load-bearing reasons, three position sensing points, i.e. controlled components, must be included to ensure static height limitation. This can be achieved by connecting springs in parallel.
