The laboratory construction of CDC is a biomedical project with extremely fine division of labor, strong specialty and high construction technology. Also note in the design:
(1) Ask for the opinions of users and operators and determine the process flow chart;
(2) According to the characteristics and pollution routes of the four kinds of pathogens, determine the control technical scheme and sterilization scheme;
(3) According to the characteristics of aerosol and the danger of experimental operation, the cleanliness, airflow direction, velocity and pressure gradient parameters are worked out;
(4) Laboratories with experimental animals are self-contained and transmitted independently, and animal carcasses can only be transmitted after being completely burned and sterilized;
(5) Determine the quantity and size of all experimental equipment, tools, cabinets and desks;
(6) Determine the early warning, closure, self-rescue and escape plan of the laboratory.
