The high temperature piezoelectric ceramic actuator is a mechanically encapsulated piezoelectric ceramic which can withstand high temperature up to 150 C. The specially treated mechanically encapsulated shell and its interior are filled with fast heat dissipation materials, so that it can be operated and used in high temperature environment or at high frequency at normal temperature.
