Principle
The piezoelectric lead clamp is driven by piezoelectric ceramic stack, and outputs the displacement of piezoelectric ceramic stack through mechanical structure. The function of this mechanical structure is to preload the piezoelectric ceramic stack and amplify the displacement of piezoelectric ceramic stack.
The structure of piezoelectric lead clamp consists of piezoelectric ceramic driving source, flexible hinge mechanical amplification structure, fixed gripper and adjustable gripper. The piezoelectric ceramic stack is installed between the clamping jaw and the substrate. When voltage is applied to the piezoelectric ceramic stack, the displacement output by the piezoelectric ceramic stack is amplified to the position where the wire is clamped at the top end of the clamp through the lever arm of the clamp, and the closure of the clamp is controlled to clamp the gold wire. After the voltage is removed, the clamp jaw of the clamp returns to the initial opening and closing position under the action of the flexible hinge, and the clamp is opened to make the gold wire move freely.
