The WNP73 piezoelectric objective positioner is a large-stroke, high-speed, piezoceramic-driven focused microscanning device with a small but achievable displacement of up to 550μm.
WNP73 adopts flexible hinge guiding mechanism, no mechanical friction, no mechanical clearance, nanoscale resolution, with ultra-high positioning accuracy and ultra-fast response speed.
This series of piezoelectric objective positioning device has the characteristics of large stiffness and high resonant frequency. Wnp73.z500s can realize the step time of 20ms full stroke, and the step time of 150g load is less than 30ms and the repetition is 0.05%F.S of full stroke.
The WNP73 piezoelectric objective locator can be matched with standard lenses from Zeiss, Nikon, Olympus, Leica, etc. It can also be used in combination with a manual control station via an adapter.
