

P79 series piezoelectric microscope sample stage is a one-dimensional Z-axis micro-motion platform, which is mainly used for matching macro-motion XY-axis micro-scanning stage and piezoelectric motor platform in the market. After the XY axis platform locates the sample, the P79 platform can quickly and accurately adjust the focus of the sample in Z axis, and the step time reaches milliseconds.

P79 Series Piezoelectric Scanning Platform, large hole design is mainly to meet various sample clamping structure, such as multi-well control panel.
The piezoelectric actuator has ultra-fast response speed, Z-axis stepping speed and stabilization time are only 1/20 of that of motor actuator, which greatly improves the imaging capture ability and production capacity.
For applications with positioning accuracy and stability requirements, SGS closed-loop sensors can be selected and assembled at the most suitable position of the platform to provide high-resolution and fast-response sensing voltage signals to the piezoelectric controller. The full bridge design avoids the temperature drift and ensures the positioning accuracy to achieve nanometer level.
