WNP281S/WNP283S/WNP285S is a Z-direction nano-scale microscope scanning platform driven by piezoelectric ceramics. The platform uses a parallel guiding structure with non-backlash flexible hinges, which ensures excellent motion accuracy and ultra-high focusing stability of the platform, and realizes nano-scale resolution and millisecond response time. The platform has built-in precision displacement sensor for full closed-loop position feedback, which makes it have excellent stability, linearity and repetition accuracy. Hollow ultra-thin design, and large central through hole, specially designed for placing glass slides or sample dishes, can be better integrated into microscopy and scanning systems.
