WNP215S is a nano-scale objective scanning stage driven by piezoelectric ceramics. The scanning stage uses a frictionless and empty-loop flexible hinge guiding mechanism to ensure excellent motion accuracy of the scanning stage. The scanning platform has built-in precision displacement sensor for full closed-loop position feedback. The positioning accuracy, resolution and stability can reach nanometer level, and the positioning stability time is only millisecond level. The scanning platform is made of non-magnetic material, which does not generate magnetic field and is not affected by magnetic field. The focusing stroke can reach 500 microns. Discrete threaded adapter can adapt to various types of objective lenses.
