

Product characteristics:
1. The turntable of the turntable is supported by a set of precision cross prodigal bearings, The prodigal sons in the bearing are staggered at 90 degrees, and the diameter of the concentrated sons is slightly larger than the wave path size between the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing, so that there is a pre-tightening force between the inner ring and the prodigal sons of the cross roller bearing, so that the servo rotating platform turntable supported by the bearing can bear various torques such as radial, axial and overturning, and its rigidity is more than 10 times that of the traditional bearing.
2. After the turntable is assembled, take the cross roller bearing of the platform as the rotating center, and grind the outer diameter and surge surface of the turntable again to ensure the coaxiality, end runout and other form and position tolerances of the turntable.
3. The rotary table adopts planetary deceleration to increase the output torque, the reduction ratio is from 1 to 1536, and the output torque range is large, which can meet various occasions of torque requirements. In addition, the backlash is eliminated by changing the center distance of the gear, the reverse backlash of SR series servo rotating platform is close to zero, and its accuracy is comparable to that of DD motor.
4. The turntable is equipped with photoelectric switch and inductive sheet as standard, and positive and negative limit switch can be selected, which is convenient for zero control in electricity and simplifies mechanical design process.
5. The turntable adopts skeleton oil seal to isolate the inside and outside of the platform, and the dustproof and waterproof level reaches 1P65, which meets the requirements of working in harsh environments such as dust separation, splashing water and heavy humidity.
